Breathe in the fresh mountain air, spend your days however you like, and unwind at your own pace. For your stay, choose from three unique accommodation types, each set on spacious forested grounds surrounded by beech, oak, and birch trees.
Our Trailer Cabins, imported directly from Canada, are cozy cottage-style rentals perfect for 1 to 5 guests. The Log House, crafted from massive hand-cut timber, can accommodate larger groups up to 8 guests and offers the warmth of an authentic Canadian lodge. Smaller groups of 1 to 4 will love the apartment-style comfort of our Condominiums.

Hakuba Canadian Lodge is part of the Hakuba Mominoki Hotel Group. Located just 200 meters apart, the hotel and lodge together offer a wide range of services for guests, and allow you to enjoy the best of both facilities during your stay.
Each of our private accommodations features a tarp-covered BBQ area perfect for outdoor grilling, sharing sparklers for a touch of nostalgia, or simply gazing at the starry sky above. Families and nature lovers can spend the day exploring the surrounding forest in search of Japanese rhinoceros and stag beetles, then take a short five-minute walk to unwind at Hakuba Mominoki Hotel’s natural hot spring bath, Shobei no Yu, available to our guests at a discounted rate.

The crystal-clear waters of Lake Aoki, one of the famous Three Nishina Lakes, are just a short 30-minute drive away, Regardless of where or how you spend your time, no visit is complete without indulging in local specialties like handmade soba noodles, hearty oyaki dumplings, and other culinary delights unique to the Shinshu region.

Getting Here
Hakuba Canadian Lodge’s location, just one minute by car from the Olympic Road and only five to six minutes on foot to the Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort, offers unparalleled convenience.
National Route 148 and the Olympic Road are Hakuba’s two major thoroughfares, and Hakuba Canadian Lodge is ideally positioned just one minute by car from the Olympic Road. Even better, we’re only a five- to six-minute walk to the Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort’s Kokusai Slope, and during the ski season, the HAKUBA VALLEY shuttle bus stops just five to six minutes away on foot, making it easy to access and explore the entire valley without a car.
Additionally, the Happo Gondola base station is within a 15-minute walk of the property, though you may choose to hop on the shuttle bus for even quicker access. The lodge also offers free on-site parking for up to 20 vehicles.
